Health Coach

Jan works as part of the Southside Health practice team helping people gain the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to take an active part in their own health care motivating them to achieve their goals. A Health Coach can help with such issues as:

  • Healthy Eating & Lifestyles

  • Sleep

  • Managing Stress

  • Social Connection

  • Living well with chronic conditions

  • Smoking Cessation

  • Moving/being active

  • Action Plans & Goal Setting

Jan is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 30 minute appointments which are FREE to all registered patients

Jan also runs a walking group at 10am every Thursday from the Northbrook Wetlands on the corner of Cotter Lane and Northbrook Road.  This is an easy/moderate walk, and anyone is welcome.
