Booking an appointment
Our team are committed to providing exceptional care to you and your whanau and we want you to get the best out of your time with your practitioner.
If you have multiple things to discuss it is important to consider booking a longer double appointment to ensure your practitioner has adequate time to address your needs.
A standard appointment is 15 minutes. Longer appointments will incur an additional fee.
We understand that your time is important and we try our best to manage our appointments so we can reduce patient waiting time however there are occasions when the doctor may run late due to emergencies.
Please feel free to call us prior to your appointment to check if your doctor is running to time.
Specialised nurse advice and other detailed phone calls with the nurse will incur a $15 charge
If you miss your appointment without notification or cancel your appointment with less than two hours notice you may be charged a full consultation fee.
